Rude and Unhelpful

I went into Durst Cycle to ask some questions on getting my bike fixed (I had been in a near-stopped yet low speed collision on my bike). I brought in the bike, said the wheel needed straightening and the brake might need to be replaced.
Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to a new bike. My bike was only a year old, and certainly didn't need to be replaced (the damage wasn't major enough to necessitate replacement either). After pointing this out, they refused to help me, and kept telling me I need a new bike.
They were wrong though, I just needed a new bike store!
