Not only that, he doesn't mind spending time talking to determine what you need, what your future needs will be, and what could potentially save you money by doing (for example, a small business might need to incorporate).
If you need a complicated tax return done, Paul is the guy to do it!

Many, many people referred me to the Underground Tour in Seattle. They said it was cool to see the foundation Seattle was built upon.
They were, however, very wrong. The tour was meant to be campy, however our guide knew very little. Not only that the tour sights were pretty lame. It consists of walking around a few basements, seeing where old sidewalks were and generally spending time in dark and dank areas.
Skip this one, it's boring and pointless!

One of the unique things you can see while in Seattle is the Boeing Tour. Boeing will let you in to take a tour of their assembly plant, where you can see various planes -- 757, 777, 767, and maybe some others, getting worked on.
It may sound like something geeky, but seeing the huge planes up close, in pieces, and being worked on is amazing. You also learn some great trivia about how these wonderful machines are put together.
I've told friends that this tour is required if they come visit -- it's one of my favorite tours and definately worth the price.

Body Werks helped repair my car after someone damaged it while my car was parked. They worked with my insurance company to minimize hassle and had a computerized system which automatically generated a formatted quote for me to submit to get approval.
They went out of their way to do excellent work and make it easy for me to work with my insurance. When I later returned for a claim I wasn't going to file through insurance, they did their best to minimize price without sacrificing quality.

I went into Great Clips for a haircut and everything was going fine for a while. Then the stylist asked me if I wanted to keep my sideburns.
"Yes," I said, "just even them out."
That is what I expected. However, 10 seconds later, I had no sideburns. I don't know why. The rest of the haircut was fine though.
Strangely enough the exact same thing was echoed to a friend who went to the same place later -- fine haircut, but the stylist was definately anti-sideburns, as they removed his as well.
Other than that, though, decent job.

I'm used to a certain treatment in independent record stores: they know they're better than you, have better musical taste then you, and you're not worth their time.
I've never seen that happen in a bike store until I went to Redmond Cycle. They more or less ignored me, because I don't know enough about bikes. Silly me, I figure that should mean I'd get more help.
I don't plan on returning to Redmond Cycle ever again.

Half-Price books is a small stoor in downtown redmond -- yet it's packed with books. Two floors spanning almost every genre. All used books are at most half-off cover price. This means old books, which have a very low pre-inflation cover price, can be gotten extremely cheap!
The selection can be hit or miss -- like most used book stores the selection can be great or it can be terrible. After a few visits though you should definately have a few books worth picking up!

It's hard to say much about "Never Let Me Go" because of the style of the book. You're thrown into a universe of students who are veiled by a mystery -- they're kept secluded and talk about their future predetermined fates. It's difficult to string readers along for a while without giving them an understanding, but this book excellently takes the reader through every step the students themselves made to realize their true life ahead.
I won't say anything more, but this book is truly excellent and deserves a read.

However, we literally had to hunt him down, find him, and make him finish our caibnets! After a few weeks he just kept procrastinating finishing up.
When he finally did, though, they look great. If you don't want a hassle, you might be able to find someone better.
