I am a work at home dad, so when I schedule an appointment, I need to get in and out. They are very understanding of that and the longest I have ever waited past my appt. time is approx 10 minutes. The nurses are great as soon as you walk in and the feel-good experience continues from there. My 2 boys actually don't mind going in and that is saying a lot. They listen hard and work hard for me and my family. Exactly how you want to be treated when you are paying someone for a service.
