This is by far the best butcher shop that we have ever taken any of our game to. The one other place that was great stopped doing game so now we were in search of another great place and we tried many. We were referred here and I drove 1 1/2 hours each way to drop of the meat to have it processed. The personnel were great and there work is amazing. I am getting hungry just writing about this place. I cant wait to bring them more meat so that I can get more Italian Sausage with provolone cheese. It is the best! We also got tons of Maple Breakfast sausage and it is also great! Well worth the drive.
