ok, so I can't rate anything except the people skills and the fact that my rental from them worked just fine. There were no hidden charges and nothing that didn't work. After a week I decided to return it and get a new one--a PC. I'm still hoping that in the 14 day trade period they can find me a Mac--you can tell I'm not a computer person) but the price was right and my laptop comes with lifetime tech support.
The group had all the various tech personalities--a curmudgeon who huffed and puffed, a dreamer who couldn't get the forms filled out expeditiously and the junkie who did things clearly, quickly and
two steps ahead.
Proviso--if you are in a hurry, the guys just slow down. Maybe this will pick up when/if they figure out the service thing. Still, they advertise on Progressive Radio and they have ecological light bulbs and coffee for sale. Toni C.
