Good quality women's gym located in a shopping center off Glenn Ave. I like the yoga/pilates classes, and they recently renovated the exercise room, so it's much nicer and there's more space for larger classes.
The exercise equipment is ok. Lots of treadmills, bikes, and nautilus-type equipment, plus some free weights. I like that they have tv viewing optional with headset. They do offer childcare and tanning. Parking is ok, but can be challenging when the gym is busy.
