This hotel is pretty cheap considering it is a 4.5 star hotel. The service here was fabulous. The room we stayed in was a little small, but it was very clean and the decor was great. This hotel is elegant and luxurious. I will probably return here if I go to New Orleans again.

Overall, I'd say I enjoyed my stay here. This is a two star hotel, but I have stayed at worse three star hotels. Staff is pretty helpful. The beds are pretty comfortable. It is located just a mile or so from the Heavenly Ski Resort, which is quite convenient. I enjoyed the free coffee and the fact that we had a fridge and a microwave in our room.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I thought it wouldn't be very good because it was quite cheap, but they sure did prove me wrong. I was glad to have a mini-fridge and a coffeemaker in my room. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff wasn't bad. Also, the hotel is located in a good location, near the ski resorts.

It gets pretty loud during the night for some reason (because of the other guests) and I had trouble sleeping. The continental breakfast here was terrible. Usually I am like, "Well, at least it is free," but I couldn't even eat it here. Do not stay here, don't waste your money!

This hotel is very luxurious. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful and clean. The hotel is located in a great location near Heavenly Ski Resort. The rooms are pretty expensive though. The casino here is superb (but I do hate that it smells like smoke there, but no one can do anything about that). The restaurant is great too.

This hotel is very luxurious. It is close to Heavenly Ski Resort, which is very convenient. The rooms here are expensive November through May, but fairly cheap during the summer. The restaurant in the hotel is terrific. I love this hotel, even when I don't stay here (on my yearly visit to Tahoe), I still think it is very glamorous. The casino is great fun.

I think this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The service here was beyond terrible. It costs about $130 a night, which is way too expensive, considering it's only a 2 star hotel. I did not like the bed at all. It was very noisy during the night and I barely got any sleep at all. I will not be returning.
