I am not as familiar with Aesop's as I am the bookstore located in front of it, but every time I have been in Aesop's, I have had wonderful service. I had once reserved a room at another local establishment, and my reservation had been lost. I had an entire English club waiting to be seated and had no seating! I ran across the street and spoke to someone at Aesop's, and they had the tables arranged in time to start the dinner and reception without making us anymore later than we were.
I am not a coffee drinker, but I have heard that the coffee is wonderful. The food is good, and the desserts are GREAT!
