Erik's is located in the same plaza/complex as Marshall's and Cingular. They make fresh sandwiches and soups. It is kind of like Togo's and Subway but since it isnt a major chain things are a bit more expensive, but the taste is great. Its a nice little cafe and its very pleasurable to just sit down there and eat your lunch. Nothing really that special or exciting, but good sandwiches, thats about it.
