They changed my oil today. They did not vacuum the inside of my car, wipe my windows, or put a sticker on my windshield indicating that they had changed the oil and when the next service was due. I only realized this on my drive home, and didn't want to turn around and drive back. I called to complain about an hour later. They did not offer to do those things for me, though the manager, (who said that he wasn't there when I brought my car in) did apologize. He said that it was under new mgmt because the former mgmt had been fired by JiffyLube. i hope they start to do a better job. it doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence.
