The Helping Hand Mission Thrift Shop is a small, dark little shop near the heart of Cary. Most of the merchandise is haphazardly displayed or tossed in bins for you to sort through. Much of it hasn’t been cleaned or dusted. Many of the items aren’t priced and you’ll have to ask how much they want for it. However, in between all of the ancient trinkets and scratched dishes, you might find a treasure or two. Since it is for a good cause, if you are a serious bargain hunter, you’ll want to check them out. However, be prepared….you’ve been warned! Parking is ample and the store isn’t hard to find at all.
