My husband and I have had several experiences with Solid Earth and still have mixed feelings regarding them. Our first encounter with them began over a year ago when planning the front landscaping for our newly built home. Things went pretty smoothly but getting the job done took a lot longer than expected. We had difficulty communicating between customer service and the workers. But when the job was done, the landscaping was beautifully done. We then began working on a plan for our back yard landscaping. We met with a designer and picked out patio materials, features and plants for the back yard. We then waited several weeks before hearing from someone and when we finally received the design, it was incorrect. My husband told them of the correction and we waited several more weeks for a response. There was no pricing and we have heard nothing from them as of today. We now plan to go with another company.
