I admit, I am a snob when it comes to mani/pedis. I think I became that way because I know what "the best" looks like. If you are looking for a really good manicure or pedicure, go to Nail Center on First & Denny in Belltown. I have gone there for years and they are absolutely the best. Outstanding service and attention to detail at a great price ($25 for a manicure and spa pedicure).
