A girlfriend took me to Spa Envy for a pedicure, for my birthday in December and I have been hooked ever since. So hooked, in fact, I spilled the beans about this oasis tucked neatly behind the mayhem of the University Village to Kathy Schultz who listed the service in at article entitled "Spa pedicures for $35 or less." I got a manicure two weeks ago and since then have been cooking, doing dishes, surfing, digging for sand crabs and wildly gesticulating and NOT A CHIP!
