Chuck's Jerk House

Have eaten at this restaurant three times, and had a bad experience each time. Most notably, a table of five of us all ordered good steaks. The others' steaks were passable, but mine was a small ugly, grizzled piece with very visible gristle and fat. As the server placed them in front of us, I politely said that mine looked inferior. His response was, "Well, somebody's got to get that piece!" Why? Is somebody paying less for their meal? They were out of shrimp on the salad bar, and on the other two occasions, the shrimp looked mediocre anyway. The rest of the salad bar selections are cheap. And what's up with having to pay a couple of bucks extra for a potato with your meal? Isn't a "starch" part of the meal?
When I drive past this place and see the cars parked outside, I shake my head, and think these people must be jerks who'll accept anything served to them -- hence the name, "Chuck's Jerk House".
