Mediocre diner drives people in by the droves...

Monday, July 11, 2005
Huckleberry Square seems to be a corner stone Burien establishment. The parking lot is PACKED morning, noon & night. We've eaten breakfast here once...and it's like a fancier up diner, maybe a step-up from Denny's? In fairness to the restaurant, they have their share of regulars and the service was good. But the menu and the food itself, was...mediocre. Maybe a good place for the standard breakfast if you're hung-over? Or maybe we're not old enough to appreciate all that is has to offer? My parents (60-ish) were visiting from out-of-town and loved it.
