The Golf Stop on the corner of 135th & Quivera is a great place to go for golf. The employees there are practically golf gods knowing everything there is to know about golf. They will help you pick out what clubs are right for you.
My favorite thing about Golf Stop is the Monday promotion during the fall. However many points the Kansas City Chiefs score on Sunday is the percentage off golf equipment on Monday. I still remember the Monday afternoon when everything was 45% off. The place was full, and everyone was getting a deal.
Golf Stop is the place to go if you want to learn about golf.

I have been to the Great Clips on 135th many times, and have been satisfied almost every time. I try to make more of an effort to visit that individual Great Clips because I have had bad experiences with other companies, ie Snip N Clip. \
Anyways, this Great Clips always does a good job cutting my hair. There is usually no wait, if not it is always very short. The for lack of a better word, barbers are very curtious, and try to strike up conversations.
The prices aren't bad, and coupons from the Kansas City Star make the prices even better.

I have never had a good relationship with employees at my neighborhood Blockbuster. They have always seemed to try and act like we are enemies. That is one of the reasons I prefer to stray away from most Blockbusters now.
Other than that minor concern, I think Blockbuster is great. The Movie Pass is a genious idea as is the game rush idea(don't know what to call it). Don't let my experiences pull you away from a great company.
I give this one Blockbuster three stars because the employees weren't friendly and curtious.

I recently graduated Saint Thomas Aquinas High School in OP, KS. Being part of one of the largest classes of all time was fun I thought.
Saint Thomas Aquinas excells in many things especially athletics. The gym walls are being filled with state title banners. Soon there won't be enough room to hold all the banners. Soccer is the best sport of STA.
The reason STA got four stars instead of five is because I didn't feel I was well prepared for college after leaving. The finals weren't nearly hard enough, and the teachers were e-a-s-y.
Overall Aquinas is a great school. Send your kids there. It will be worth it.

I went to Ascension for seven years, starting when it opened. The school is plenty rich, and there are TV's in every classroom as well as computers, smartboards, and a new program called accelerated math. I didn't get to use most of these technological advances because they were implenmented some years after I left. Money doesn't always buy good education though. My time there could have been well spent at some other school.
When I attended years ago, there was a principal that has since left that was very strange. Even parents felt uncomfortable around him. That is one the reasons for the poor rating.
Other reasons for the poor rating include clueless teachers, bad english teaching, and not enough classrooms.

Do I need to even tell you about the taste. There pizza is amazing as well as there bread sticks.
My new goal is to someday own my own Little Caesars.

I recently went to AMC 20 at Town Center to see The Longest Yard after hearing good reviews about it. I paid about $7-$8 for a ticket, and then went off to the theater. I noticed that there weren't too many seats in the particular theater I was in, but I found a decent seat easily enough.
During the movie, there were some young teens behind me that were quite loud. Since there was no attendant in the theater, they continued on with their behavior. I didn't like being bothered during the movie, but it was standable.
I give this particular theater 2 stars instead of 1 mainly because I got a good seat. Besides that, the experience wasn't much of a good one.

I have tried many of their products including boneless buffalo wings, house sirloin steak, ribs, riblets, popcorn shrimp, and many others. I would definitely recommend the wings, ribs, and sirloin steak. For under $15.00, you can have a great night out.
The service is good most of the time always being there to help. One thing I like about Applebee's is how they celebrate birthdays. Be sure to stop in for your birthday. They will sing to you, and give you a free desert.
