I never really have like Best Buys. They always seem to have clueless employees, and horrible Customer Service Reps. This Best Buy though is pretty bad. I went in with my sister the other day to get one item. We knew what it was, and where to find it. We ended being in the store though for 20 minutes. It wasn’t because the long check out lines. It was because the Best Buy employee that was in the cell phone station was to busy helping another person with some problem for 15 minutes. There was a line by the cell phones lining up. All we needed was for her to get the cell phone out of the glass case, but instead a different guy decided to help my sister because she was getting impatient. The reason I give this Best Buy two stars instead of one is because I shouldn’t let one bad experience shape my point-of-view. more
