The date is August of 2005.I have dealt with this company since 2001 and have no complaints. This is a company where you buy here pay here. I purchased my first vehicle through them in June 2001 and the then manager was not a very nice man. He was sexually harassing customers and stealing from the company. The owner fired him and hired Tim Bates from Albia. The best choice he could have made. Tim has made the company turn around from a dive to a 5 star dealer.
My first vehicle got paid off in weekly payments and they were very reasonable. But whenever there were problems in our budget I knew that Tim would be understanding and cut us a deal where we didn't have to pay the full amount that week. How many other companies do you know like that?
Last year I purchased out 2nd vehicle, I'm still as excited about dealing with this company as I ever was.
Tim Bates has now purchased this company and it has been renamed Big T Auto Sales.
