Spanish flavor in the heart of Spanish Harlem
Sunday, November 20, 2005
If you've ever made the trek to Spanish Harlem for a meal, then you already know about Sandy's. For those that don't know, this restaurant is what it's all about for some of the best in Spanish food in the area. With a mix of dishes that originate from places like Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, you would swear that the cuisine was home cooked. While there may be a ton of other eateries in the area, Sandy's has been on the map in this area for as long as I can remember (years!) and has stood the test of time, even as the neighborhood has progressed. If you're in the neighborhood then stop by for one of Sandy's amazing dishes that can either be eaten there or available for take-out.
