Good margaritas but...

On my last visit to Tommy's we had a great meal with some yummy margaritas to wash it all down. Everything was great until we paid our bill. The bill came to $41 so I put $50 in the tray and the owner, Tommy, came and took the money. We waited for about 10 minutes for him to bring our change so we could leave the rest as a tip. We went to the front counter and asked for our change. They then had to look for my receipt and get the money out of the register. I then gave the change as a tip personally to out waiter. Tnis gave me a bad impression about this restaurant
