Dana is the greatest. The greatest prices and my product always gets to my pet really fast. If I make a mistake in ordering and catch it before the shipment goes out, all I have to do is call and it is corrected right away with no hassle. If I should get a discount on quantity of items purchase, I never have to worry that I'm not going to get it, even after the order is shipped.
