Miller automotive provides the best service to your car available. I have looked to many places to have my cars serviced and have found none better. Brad Miller, the owner, takes great pride in his shop and proves expert advice. Please note that this is not the place to bring your car for a quick cheep fix. This is the place to bring your car for every oil change, tune up, and fix. Miller keeps track of your car if brought in regularly, and is better able to diagnose problems, and even better, catch things before they become problems. Hence less time spent with emergency issues or annoying breakdowns. Pricing is commensurate with the service. Good parts are expensive, and it takes time to keep a car running smoothly. I have not paid more at a dealer, but have occasionally paid less. Regardless, I trust Miller’s work and opinion, and have had several cars serviced there for many years.

One Eleven Chop House lives up to it’s reputation in having a huge wine selection and good stakes. Unfortunately, that is about it. The atmosphere is clean and fine, although the bar takes up a great deal of room in the restaurant, leaving the diner to feel like they are still in it when they are seated at their table. The steaks are pricey but good. The portion size does leave you wanting, even if you are a light eater. The wine list is huge, as reported, but when you look at the entire dining experience, I was not impressed.

This is the poorest excuse for a New York Deli yet. Having had numerous meals at the Stage Deli in NYC, and the Carnegie Deli, I can say that the lunch spot barely passes as a sandwich shop. The bread seems like it came from the bag bough at Stop and Shop, the meats are piled as thick as a quarter (on its flat side) and the pickles may not even be Kosher (though I know not for sure). The only thing reminiscent of NYC is the pricing.

The Mandarin provides the perfect lunch buffet for overindulging on freshly prepared Chinese food. In typical self propagating fashion, the Mandarin has a full lunch crowd every day of the working week. But would you want it any other way? Large crowds result in good turnover at the buffet, hence fresh food is always being prepared and served. The accompanying soups are very good, but avoid the soup and you leave more room for the buffet. Pricing is around $10/person at lunch. Take out at dinner is very good. Next time, I will have to try eating in!

Yangsi River is a wonderful casual dining experience offering both a reasonably priced dinner buffet and a full menu. The buffet is great for kids, as there is plenty to choose from. Pricing is moderate, but the real deal is the kids price for the buffet (under $10). Take out is also good and hot.

Sushi House is my favorite Sushi restaurant. I have been going there for 8 years now and have never been disappointed. There are booths, tables and traditional Japanese seating for larger parties. You can watch the chefs at the bar (although only if there are less then 4 people in attendance at the bar). The restaurant is not big, but provides a perfect atmosphere for really any occasion.

Romains restaurant provides a lively atmosphere perfect for two couples to gather. The wine list is good, the food is excellent (as long as you don’t order the low carb pasta!). The atmosphere is not quiet, therefore it may not be categorized as a “romantic” restaurant, but it is perfect for dates and family outings. Pricing is reasonable and portions are almost (but not quite) too big.

Guiseppe’s grill is a nice casual Italian restaurant serving fresh pasta in most of the traditional forms. Pricing is reasonable, and in the summer months, the patio is opened for a nice experience. The restaurant sits on Solomon Pond which provides for a nice view of the sunset. The interior is nice enough and the food is prepared nicely. The bar is smokey, but does offer a full menu.

Jay’s is a fantastic diamond of a find. The restaurant features a unique array of foods that could please just about any adult pallet. Pricing and ambiance is what I categorize as “for a special occasion”. Food could not be better, and each appetizer, entree and desert have wine recommendations from the Nashoba winery. I highly recommend the parings.

The Bolton House of Pizza is your traditional “House of Pizza” shop. There is room to eat in, but your better off taking it home and enjoying it with a movie. Pricing is reasonable, and the pizza is good. Toppings are good as well as the salads. Crust is medium (not thin, not thick).
