I am very disappointed of the service. Initially, they claim it will take them 5 days to fix my car, it turned out to be 10 days. They never call me to give me an update on the status. I have to call them to find out my car will not be ready on the date they claimed. They did not apologize, they cannot give me an exact date when it will be ready. I have to call every other day to check the status. I even have to call them to find out on the day when my car is finally fixed. It was 4 pm then and they want me to pick up my car. I told them if I leave my work right away, I might not be able to get there by 5 pm due to the traffic. Their response is they close at 5 pm "SHARP." What kind of attitude is this, they were super nice before I decide to let them do the job, it is ridiculous. At the end, I found some scratches on my car after it is fixed. I told them the problem, and they give me whole bunches of BS. One minute, they claim the scratches are nothing, the next minute, they claim it is not caused by the accident. I have to call my insurance co to deal with them. At the end, they even said the part is directly from the factory, it is probably defective when they receive it. They are not responsible, they cannot do anything about it. They gave me a car claim the life time guarantee when I left the place, I just threw it away. I will never go back to that place. Their attitude and service sucks. Among the three body shops I had visited, this place is the worst. more
