Our dog java had a few socialization problems and he was bored during the day while we were at work. We decided that one day a week (especially during winter when he wasn't as active) we would send him to dog daycare for socialization and exercise. This could not have been a better decision. He loves going there and they take such good care of him. He comes back exhausted in the evening and leaves us alone (yeah). He also behaves much better around other dogs now. It's a little spendy ($25 per day) but it was well worth our time and money.

This is a great place to wash your dog. Just show up and they provide a private room with ramp leading up to a tub, a bucket of supplies, towels and a water proof apron so you stay dry. All this for only $10! It's the most economical way to clean your pet. We go there once a month and my dog loves it -- he always gets a few cookies on his way out the door.

I've been in Seattle for seven years and until I found Macrina, I was convinced a decent bakery was nowhere to be found. You walk in and are immediately assaulted by the most fragrent of bakery smells. Everything is delicious. They serve breakfast and lunch daily (not sure about dinner) and I've never been disappointed. Great atmosphere, food and coffee. What more could you want?

My hair is wavy and very difficult to cut. This results in disappointment time and time again. I have been to Sybil at Zerene twice and both times she did an excellent job and the price was very fair. I paid $100 for a cut and color! Sybil is personable and she does a great job! Check her out.
