thanh has a pretty good environment. when you enter the restaurant, you are a bit surprised that it is a vietnamese restaurant. very clean and looks sophisticated and expensive. the pho wasn't as good as other restaurants and the portions were smaller and more expensive. the service was okay. a little disappointed.
