they were very friendly and and helpful but the tattoo i got wasn't quality for just a black ink job and this was my 3rd tat, however the piercer was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job i wouldn't go there for another tat, the apprentice worked on me and my husband and he was not ready to tattoo on people in our opinion.
