it's a place i come to work. so, thing is, it's not really my crowd - a bit older, and more social in the morning than a workplace atmosphere. and the radio is loud, and it's playing mostly pop crap - recent pop crap, not as much stuff that offers a nostalgic value (though i did hear wang chung and the reflex within 15 minutes of one another the other day...)
