The beignets are french donuts. Cafe Du Monde is apart of New Orleans. The infamous have eaten here. The coffee is New Orleanian style coffee with chickory. They also offer caffeinated and decaffinated. Luckily they have a website so you can order the items that you may miss and ship them to home or send them to a friend. Must visit before you leave.
