This store is in the Prime Outlets mall. It has a lot of Walt Disney World and Disneyland merchandise.
Some are outdated and/or from special events. Most of the items are discounted, some are VERY discounted, and some aren't much cheaper then you would find in the parks. (And keep in mind park prices are generally high when compared to the "real world.")
So, don't assume you're getting a great deal here, but you can find some really cool things and some good bargains.

This is a brand new Woody's location and I was really excited to try it. There are many Woody's in Jax, but I had never been to any of them.
Sadly, I was VERY disappointed. Our server was pretty nice, but the rest of the staff stared at us while we ate.
The worst part was the food. It was AWFUL! I have had TV dinners, airplane food, etc. a MILLION TIMES better. The food was all dry, gross, and smelled faintly like cat pee. I will not be visiting again.

Sick of fast food and pizza, a co-worker and I went to Gordo's during our lunch break one day.
Parking is horrible--a tiny lot that is shared with the salon next door makes it difficult to park and dangerous to "unpark."
However, the ambiance inside was great--relaxed and cool. A good selection of menu choices, almost everything was mouth-watering. The food was delicious, too. Service was a bit slow, but it was lunchtime.
The soda automatically comes in a take-home plastic Gordo's cup--they'll refill them in the restaurant and give you a top-off and a lid when you leave, so that was a bonus.

We visited the Orlando Ale House (aka Kirkman Ale House aka Miller's Ale House) on a Saturday in the early evening. There weren't very many customers, but I'm not sure why. It's in a great location--right next to universal Studios. There are lots of great drink specials and $5 beer pitchers. The food was really good and our server was super nice--she even gave us some recommendations on things to do later that night. We will probably visit again the next time we are in town.

We visited during the afternoon. The inside smells like a bar--not like alcohol, more like sticky floors and sweat. There is an porch in the back with the same feel.
There are also 2 video games--Crazy Taxi up front and another one towards the middle--and a change machine, but no pinball machines, pool tables, dart boards, etc..

We visited this Pizza Hut location during lunchtime for the buffet. It is located along Apalachee Parkway, but it is probably more accessible from Lafayette.
The buffet was pretty disappointing. Most of the food was not fresh. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were hard. At least a couple of the pizzas were COLD. And there was a point during our visit that there were NO PIZZAS at all available for maybe 10 minutes or so. Since there were a lot of diners, when new ones were brought out, they were descended upon by diners.

This Wal-Mart has some great qualities. One of them is that both entrances have a variety of crane games to play. So, that's a reason to visit and also a reason to enter through one set of doors and exit through the other ones!
There are also some really great t-shirts for sale with logos and sayings on them. They include retro logos, quirky sayings, and almost-risqué phrases. The other Wal-Marts that I've been to don't have t-shirts this cool!

The Palisade Brewery was terrific. It was one of my favorite Colorado memories. Our bartender/chef was Glen--he was great to talk to and he let us sample the various types of drinks that the brewery makes.
The dining area is right next to where the brewing is actually done, so the atmosphere was fantastic, too.
If I lived near it, I would visit all the time!

If you sit at the bar, you don't have to wait for a table, and you can still order a meal. the bar is wide enough that this isn't akward at all.
There is a small arcade towards the front of the restaurant and the outside is exciting and looks great at night when it's all lit up.
There are tons of fabulous varieties of burgers available. The one that I tried was delicious and the others look very appealing, too.

Our waitress here was very friendly. The food was delicious and the appetizers were so filling that you might not have room for dinner!
