I've heard Villa Francesca has new management, which perhaps explains the last two times we visited there. A few months ago we went and got the worst service I have ever received in any restaurant in my entire life. And we eat out a *lot*. We tried it again on Mother's Day. There were only four other occupied tables and we sat for almost twenty minutes without receiving so much as a "hello" (nor a menu or even water!!) from the two servers whom we only saw outside of the kitchen once (to give drinks to two of the four other tables). We left and had Mexican. Its disappointing though...they have some of the best pizza you can get anywhere in Knoxville, and those garlic knots are *almost* worth being ignored for twenty minutes, lol. Not to mention Seymour is in desperate need of good non-chain restaurants.
