I had taken a lawnmower to Evergreen based on the wonderful review from Stephanie and I did not find the same wonderful service that she did.
I was quoted a price of $50.00 on the phone to do my repair BUT when I was called to pick up the lawnmower the price had risen to $160.00. I asked why they had not communicated with me about the increase and the lady behind the counter acted surprised that I had been given a quote and then ignored me while I paid $160 to get my mower back. I did not feel that they were at all concerned that the price was triple what I had expected. I am greatly disappointed that they did not communicate with me about an increase in the charge before continuing with the work. I would never do business with them again.
