I'm sorry the first reviewer had a bad experience with Dr. Heyman. That has not been our impression at all! He's taken care of both of my children since they were newborns and has always answered all of our questions with a kind, caring attitude. He not only cares for the patients but he also educates and takes care of the parents as well.
