This review is for: Phoebe Floral Shop
My husband loves this flower shop because they let him go in the back and make his own flower arrangement. The shop is large and well laid out. They offer a large selection of artificial flowers, candy and decorative holders as well as a wonderful assortment of fresh flowers and premade arrangements.
