Yes, some of the staff are very good. Some so-so. But Claudia, the owner/receptionist is by far the nastiest person I've ever encountered. Perhaps if you are someone ''important'' in DC, she will treat you with respect. But if not, forget about it. I've spent a great deal of $ there over the years, and she couldn't be more of a bitch. She is not a nice person and is unappreciative of most clients business. I've stopped going to the salon just because of her and her nasty attitude - seriously. If she wasn't there, I'd go back in a heartbeat. But after a relaxing facial/hair, it is incredibly unrelaxing to have to check out with her.
