The Powhatan Today is our weekly publication that lets us know about local news and happenings in our area. This newspaper is the people's choice and has won several publication and photo awards. It is weekly and reasonable. There is a Free Edition that comes into your mailbox called the "Weekender" but the Full Edition is sold by subscription or buy at any local store for under $1. The Community Calendar and Yardsale listings are of no cost. They publish pictures of local residents on vacation with the POWHATAN TODAY, kinda cool! Great way to stay on top of local happenings!
