It's a lot cooler than sitting in traffic in a yellow cab or worse - on a hot stalled subway! You can buy a ticket that let's you go on and off all day, or even better - go for a multi day ticket. It's fun and different. Not great for everyday commuting but fun for a change!

Many come from name companies, but you really have to look carefully at what you pick up because often there are obvious defects. If it is cheap enough and you feel you can fix it, you can get some great bargains. Beware, they do throw in alot of older items as well. I would steer away from food items as anything I have dared to buy has often been too old to consume, and it's not worth bringing back

They have ever changing bins of 'stuff' up front that are filled with anything from t shirts to cds to hair accessories and makeup to socks. They all are a bargain though. If you send alot of cards, check our their 2 for 99cent selection - which is pretty decent

It's all edible, just not leading edge, and the portions are large, especially of the starches! It's like going to your best friends' mother's house for lunch or dinner! Very comfortable place, but the chairs do get hard after a bit - so if available, go for a booth.

But it is relatively cheap for either a manicure and/or pedicure, and sometimes you just need a fix up very fast.
