Local Bookstore in downtown manhattan

If you are looking for a convenient bookstore and are downtown in NYC, this is a convenient place to know. Not huge, but they do have a fairly good selection, of both new and used books at good prices. It's not a big chain, but they are helpful in finding what you are looking for and/or suggesting another book on the topic.
