This store has a great selection of different grades of high count sheets, and you won't be able to go back to the low count sheets after a week of sleeping in a bit of heaven. They have limited patterns but all are elegant, just make sure to know if you need deep mattress pockets - as this limits the selection a bit more. Their prices are competitive, and more importantly, they show up as promised and are reliable. The cars are in good shape as well, so you won't have to worry about breaking down (as I sometimes worry about with the old yellow taxis). You can also book for an event and keep a car for a few hours if you want to have a really memorable visit in NYC or even out to Long Island

Beyond the Museum of Natural History, the Brooklyn Museum is a true gem, and often a lot less crowed than the NYC museums. There is art of all genres as well, so plan to spend a good part of the day here, and enjoy seeing another borough of the city

You'll feel like part of the production crew by the time is over, and will likely recant a few stories to more friends after you get home. One thing for sure - you will be laughing the whole time! Everyone on the tour is a fan of the show, and it often gets into impromptu debates over the 'best' show, and opinions on how it all ended. You'll meet the best support group around Seinfeld. Don't expect to see any of the original cast though -the show is long over for new episodes.

Radio CIty Music Hall is terrific when you are in the audience for a performance, and it is even more interesting when you go 'behind the scenes' and see how it all works. It is fun to meet a Rockette, especially if you have a young girl who is an aspiring dancer or ballerina. Everyone is very friendly and nice - it reminded me of Disney in the best way. There are sometimes discount tickets at the NY Vistor's bureau or in the hotels, if you have a chance to ask before you make your reservations

This is such a great museum for everyone young and old. You can never be sure if you are looking at a wax figure or just a person standing very still waiting to startle you. The 'realness' of the wax figures is eerie, but you soon get used to it and will find yourself staring at your favorite celebrities. Go on and take the pictures you know you want to - so pose and have fun. It is conveniently located on 42nd Street, close to all the theatres if you are also in the area for a Broadway show

If you like being on the water, and want to do something different and stay cool, take a Circle Line tour around Manhattan and especially around Liberty Island and Ellis Island. The running commentary is actually very educational and interesting and you will likely meet alot of interesting folks from around the country and around the world. It's a bare bones trip, ok for comfort, but you will probably be standing around the railing for most of the trip anyway. Food/snacks are available, but either take something of your own or plan to go eat afterwards
