They offer all the basic beauty services, like manicures, pedicures, waxing, limited massage, etc but I found that there was alot of negative attitude from the time of making the appointment, through the treatment (I did a full leg and bikini waxing) and even with acceptance of a decent tip. I didn't feel like a valued customer, more like an imposition. I also had to point out a few too many spots where they didn't do a good job waxing away the hair, and that resulted in even more 'sighs' of attitude. I won't be back

We often thing of the traditional 'carrot and stick' methods for change, but in reality, there is the basic human element that needs to be nutured for the most productive change to come about. This is a very worthwhile book to pick up instead of a quick read. The messages will resonate and stay with you for a long time
