What a surprise! Thai Ruby is located in a small strip mall across from the Paddock Mall. The exterior does not prepare you for the interior which is extremely well done. The food is excellent. My particular favorite is anything with sweet and sour sauce. The wait staff is friendly and courteous. The dishware is unusual and very pretty. What a delightful find.
