Peking Duck at Peking Duck House is really delicious. The decor and ambience is chic and sophisticated. The waiters can be a little bit snobby if you speak in Chinese. They would pretend they only know English. But other than that, the food is really good and the atmosphere is a nice escape from regular C-town fare.

I've been taking violin at Florentine for 2 and a half years, and my teachers so far have been really great. My violin teacher actually went to Princeton and my friend who takes cello has a teacher who went to Julliard and Yale. Crazy! They're a little bit more expensive than other Chinatown schools, but less than the rest of the real world. But the teachers are really good.
Oh yea, my little 9 year old cousin went on a field trip to Carnegie Hall last night with her Florentine teachers and said she wanted to write a review (which made me want to write a review.) here she is:
6 stars. We saw two famous violinists and a big orchestra. Carnegie Hall was grand and beautiful. My teachers are smart and very nice.
