We called the Handiman Network when we had a bunch of odd jobs around the house that no one wanted to tackle. The man they sent was skilled, polite and down-to-earth. He knew that we just wanted certain things installed and repaired (shutters installed, some carpentry repairs) and this is what he proceeded to do.
Rates are reasonable and coupons can occasionally be found in a local paper or publications such as the Pennysaver. They do give estimates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
