Had to have them back the next day to fix a leak they caused while replacing my water regulator. They will show no respect for your property. They left burn marks on my house and sprinkler control box from the torch. Terrible customer service..... no call back after several calls to manager. When I finally got the manager on the phone, they denied the damage was caused by them and were very rude, even when I went right to the owner's niece.
Last year I used them to replace a shower valve. They left dirty boot prints and scratches in the bathtub. Since they offered a 15% discount for next time, I decided to give them a second chance this time. What a mistake. I highly recommend you find a different plumber.
