We initially selected John as our selling agent because we were looking for a knowledgeable professional experienced in the Seattle real estate market. Throughout the entire process of preparing the house for sale, as well as the showing of it, we were impressed with his enthusiasm and seemingly limitless energy. He kept us informed every step of the way, offered suggestions at the right times, and was uniformly upbeat. His guidance clearly worked as he presented us with several competitive offers after only a week and a half of showing. We have since recommended him to many friends and associates, and will continue to do so. We have bought and sold several homes over the years, but have never had an agent we enjoyed working with as much!
