Dr. Lo is very thorough in her examinations, and remembers from one visit to the next what you were treated for and what you are being seen for on the current visit. She has a rapport with her patients and respects their concerns and expectations and listens with an attentive ear. She does not poo-poo anything the patient contributes regarding their history, family history, or knowledge about their own body and system and works with the patient to maintain a happy healthy life. She is a terrific diagnostician and an excellent doctor. I probably should not write this, because more people will go to her and cause the wait in her office to be even longer. The only downside to having Dr. Lo as our family physician, is the wait time in her office. If that were improved, this would be a 5 star recommendation. Also as an additional note, her staff is wonderful. They are always attentive with a smile and concern.
