Grafton's Erickson Hardware is THE place to go for window and screen repairs. Over the years, they have created quite a nitch for themselves in this area. I can tell you from experience they have the best prices (by far) and the owner does quality work in a timely manner. In addition, there are interesting crafts for sale along with the standard hardware you'd expect to find for your needs around the house. Overall, a pretty good one-stop-shopping local store.
