First I went Sears, then Direct Tire, then Express Tire. The quotes were very different. The tire I needed was quoted $290/each at Direct Tire and $219/each at Express Tire. I needed 4 tires so I obviously went with Express Tire.
They gave me free loaner car and free alignment. Then when I picked up my car, they told me I get a free alignment and balance every 6k miles for FREE. In addition, they fix any flat I get for free as well. This is what I call customer service. I am very impressed!
