But the kid really likes the clothes. Tops, jeans, jackets, sweats and the stuff is all in style..so the kid says.
It won't cost you a bundle in this place either. For a hundred dollar bill, your kid, or you, can get at least two outfits.

I have come in a few times looking at the specials they have, they have always tried to sell me something different that is more expensive. And I just walk out.
Not worth it to me. I dont like high pressure sales.

why should i have to wade through all the merchandise heaped on the floor when I can go somewhere else?

they have lots of party supply stuff.
generally speaking they have a great selection of most anything you would probably want to put on an official gathering for your friends or for a special occassion.

they cut the meat any way you want it.
and you get to see them do it, so you know it is clean and fresh.

they go through a lot of meat here too. the lines are usually pretty long, and it doesnt matter what time of the day you come in here.
the bakery rocks. the french bread will make you come back if the meat doesnt.
they also have a really small deli. and they offer hot dinners to go also.

They carry bed linens and bed in a bag things. Pots and pans, health and beauty stuff. Even medications can be bought here. They have a good assortment of food products and their spices are always 50cents a container.
Good deals. And good prices.

Items range from dusty kitchen and camping items to wierd mad science lab things. They put wierd and funny labels on stuff and try to give you an idea of what you can do with a pill bottle lid for example.
It is an interesting store. And you might find something you either need or do not need.
Be prepared for dirt. I dont mind it, but some folks do.

Its actually spelled DEALZ with a Z on the end.
They do carry some of the same food items as sav a lot does, but you will find the prices to either be higher or lower, as they round it all to a buck.
The store can get quite messy. And I dont think they have as big of a staff of workers as most dollar stores do.
Good selection and variety. They also get closeouts from big retailers too.

There is always a deal to be found here. And recently they added nearly an entire half aisle of nothing but automotive supplies and simple hand tools and accessories.
They also carry dairy, produce, frozen foods, canned and boxed food items.
They have one entire aisle tha is nothing but shampoos, conditions, soaps, bandages and medications.
It is a good store with a good mix of all kinds of items.
I have come in here when they were opening up pallets of boxes and they get clearanced out items from large retailers.
You will always find something to buy here.
They have new owners now too.

Frankly, my one and only experience with this place has left me with one rotten...

Frankly, my one and only experience with this place has left me with one rotten impression.
Mid week, middle of the afternoon, when normally everything is a bit slow paced. No one is taking a lunch hour or anything else...you would think that they would have qualified staff working. NOT!
I spent over twenty minutes in the drive through lane only to be told I needed to come inside to cash a business check that was drawn from that back.
I went inside, once again produced four pieces of ID, driver's lisense, military ID, two other bank cards. The tellar mearly looked at them, and then asked how I wanted my cash bank.
What? I had to wait twenty minutes in a stupid line, then come inside and wait another fifteen minutes for a tellar to do that?
And then, the icing on this virtual cake, they charged me $5.00 to cash the check. Why? You ask. Because I do not bank there. But the check is drawn on that bank.
Makes no sense. No other financial institution does this.
BAD NEWS.
