Helmsley Park Lane Hotel

We stayed at the Helmsley Park Lane back in February. It was truly a lovely experience. However, we were left with a very sour taste in our mouths when we waited, outside, with our luggage, for almost TWO HOURS for the valet to get our car! To make matters worse, an employee of the hotel was badmouthing the young lady who worked at the counter, where you hand in your claim ticket for your car, openly and to anyone that was willing to listen! He called her an "idiot" and a "moron." At such a fine hotel, it was a shame that this experience put such a damper on our stay. I would not stay there again.
