This service dept is looking to scam you anyway they can. I have been going here for several years for oil changes and maintenance and each time I arrive, they try and quote me for $400-$1000 worth of "preventative maintenance" that is unnecessary. I have been asked more than once as casual conversation by the sales reps what do I do for a living, and further prying questions as if to investigate how much money I have available for them to take me for. I started taking my husband with me about a year ago since I've told him about how I'm treated each time and magically this poor behavior has stopped when he is with me. Unfortunately this group does not know professionalism and is guilty of trying to rip off women that they think don't know any better or will not take the time to find out the facts. I'm sorry to say I have permanently taken my business elsewhere because of the disgusting behavior of the service reps. It's too bad because I think the mechanics do a good job but it is not worth being treated like a dumb woman even though I am educated and have a career of my own and paying for these services.
